2017 Palm Beach Masters

This weekend I am photographing the 2017 Palm Beach Masters, which is hosted by Deeridge Farms in Wellington, Florida and is one of only seven East Coast qualifiers for the 2017 World Cup Finals. The venue truly is an oasis not only for horse and rider, but also for spectators. As a photographer I can not get enough of this breathtaking place and the lively competition that is clearly paving the road to the 2017 Longines FEI World Cup in Omaha, NE for many equestrians. So far we have had Adam Prudent and his mount Vasco, as well as Daniel Coyle on Simba take first place at $35,000 Welcome Stake (1.45m) this past Wednesday. Friday was a big day for Ian Millar, who competes for Canada, him and his partner Dixson took home first place in the Longines FEI World Cup Qualifier. In addition Elizabeth Madden with Breitling LS won Section B of the Longines FEI World Cup Qualifier. Another eye catching pair is Lauren Tisbo, who competes with her partner Mr. Visto in a war bridle. Stay tuned for the $216,000 – LONGINES FEI WORLD CUP™ – Wellington tomorrow!
